
云媛,博士,天津科技大学生物工程学院讲师。2009-2018年本硕博毕业于中国地质大学(武汉),2017-2018年美国田纳西大学诺克斯维尔分校联合培养博士,2019-2024年南开大学师资博士后。
科研领域及方向
主要围绕微生物生态开展以下三个方面的研究:
[1]微生物生态理论的提出及其现场应用;
[2]微生物-微生物和微生物-环境相互作用机制;
[3]资源微生物的挖掘和特色功能微生物数据库的构建。
主持科研项目情况
[1] 2020/07- 至今,中国博士后科学基金会面上项目(省部级),松辽盆地油藏土著微生物群落特征及环境驱动效应,8万元,主持;
[2] 2020/01-2020/12,师资博士后研究启动项目,烃降解菌长期扰动对地下生态系统微生物组装和功能的影响,1.5万元,主持;
[3] 2022/01-2022/12,平台/基地建设类项目,新型烷烃转运蛋白FadL的研究,20万元,主持。
