——The 6th General Assembly for Leadership Transition of the Party Building Center of the College of Biotechnology Concludes Successfully

To orderly complete the handover of student backbones, carry forward the fine work style, and continuously promote the standardized and high-quality development of the college's Party building work, the 6th General Assembly for Leadership Transition of the Party Building Center of the College of Biotechnology was successfully held on June 26 in Conference Room 2-208.

At the meeting, Li Xinnuo and Chen Yan, representatives of the 6th session's department heads, delivered departure speeches in sequence. Li Xinnuo recounted the gains and insights from her year-long dedication to Party building work, expressing deep gratitude for the meticulous guidance of teachers and the companionship and support of her team members. Chen Yan comprehensively reviewed the annual work, objectively summing up work achievements while candidly analyzing her own shortcomings and directions for improvement. She also extended best wishes to the new session's backbones, encouraging them to stay true to their original aspiration, take solid actions, and hone their abilities while growing through Party building practices. The two speeches served not only as sincere retrospectives of personal growth, but also as vivid summaries of the Party Building Center's work practices during their tenure.

After the speeches, the conference moved to the commendation session. Guo Yan, full-time Party organization staff member, and Li Xueying, Party affairs secretary, jointly presented honor certificates and commemorative gifts to the departing department heads. The session honored their diligent work with recognition and inspired them to move forward with affirmation, acknowledging their hard work, dedication, and perseverance in Party building endeavors.

Subsequently, the list of new student department heads of the Party Building Center was read out at the conference, marking the smooth completion of the leadership transition and the successful passing of the torch among the student backbone team. Sun Jiayao, newly appointed Minister of the Secretariat Department; Hu Huaiyu, Minister of the Development Department; and Li Siying, Minister of the Publicity and Practice Department, took the stage to speak in turn. They reviewed their growth and gains during their tenure as ordinary members in the Party Building Center, thanked the previous session's backbones for their careful guidance and teachers for their patient instruction, and unanimously stated that they would inherit the rigorous, pragmatic and dedicated work style, and fulfill all work tasks with a down-to-earth attitude.

At the end of the conference, Teacher Guo Yan fully affirmed the solid and orderly work achievements of the Party Building Center in this academic year, highly praised the fine style of the departing student backbones of fulfilling their duties, selfless dedication and courage to take responsibility, and thanked all departing cadres for their youthful efforts in steadily improving the quality and consolidating the foundation of the college's Party building work. In her subsequent message, Teacher Li Xueying highly recognized the sense of responsibility and work achievements of the previous session's student backbones, and earnestly expected the new session's student cadres to quickly adapt to their posts, shoulder their missions, carry forward the fine work style, actively play a vanguard and exemplary role, and continue to write a new chapter for the Party Building Center.

This leadership transition conference realized the orderly replacement of student backbones and the inheritance of the fine work style, enhanced team cohesion, and clarified the new direction of leading youth growth and empowering organizational development through high-quality Party building.
