To thoroughly study and implement the Holistic View of National Security and relevant laws and regulations, systematically grasp General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on establishing and practicing the correct view of political achievements, and deeply integrate national security education and the cultivation of the correct view of political achievements into core work such as teaching and research, management services, and talent cultivation, the Applied Microbiology Faculty Party Branch recently joined forces with the Administrative & Laboratory Joint Faculty Party Branch, and extended the activity to include representatives of the graduate student Party branch committees, to jointly carry out the themed Party Day activity titled "Fortify the Security Line, Escort the Development Journey". The participants successively visited the Qilihai Digital Museum and the National Security Education Theme Park, and gained in-depth knowledge of ecological security and territorial security through on-site visits and immersive experiences, consolidating their ideological defense line for national security.

At the Qilihai Digital Museum, guided by the commentator, the participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the wetland's past and present, resource endowments, and biodiversity conservation achievements. They intuitively felt the unique charm of the ecosystem, deeply recognized that ecological security serves as a crucial cornerstone for national security, and enhanced their consciousness of respecting nature and protecting the ecology. Afterwards, at the National Security Education Theme Park, Comrade Li Xueying delivered a micro Party lecture combining the promotional display boards and landscape sculptures. Starting from the connotation of territorial security and relevant laws and regulations, she connected the characteristics of the bioengineering discipline to explain the internal connection between self-reliance in science and technology and national security, guiding all participants to deepen their understanding of the Holistic View of National Security during the immersive learning process.
This themed Party Day activity combines theoretical learning with practical experience, integrating education on ecological security and territorial security throughout the entire on-site research process, featuring innovative forms and practical content. The participating faculty and student Party members all stated that they will leverage the characteristics of the bioengineering major in the future, integrate the concept of ecological protection and the awareness of national security into their academic research and daily work, and take practical actions to safeguard ecological security and national security.
