To standardize the promotion of Party branch leadership transition and election work, clarify procedural requirements, consolidate work responsibilities, and ensure the smooth and orderly development of the Party branch leadership transition work in the second quarter of 2026, the Party Committee of the College of Biotechnology held a special training session on leadership transition work in Conference Room 208 of Building 2 on April 24. This training was delivered by Wu Yichen from the Secretariat of the Party Building Center of the College of Bioengineering, and all committee members of the 5 Party branches undergoing leadership transition participated in the training.

At the meeting, Wu Yichen closely followed the requirements for primary-level Party organization construction, systematically broke down the entire process of Party branch leadership transition and election, focused on explaining the core norm of "Three Submissions and Three Reviews", sorted out the documents, time nodes and logical relationships of each link item by item, and also elaborated on practical details such as the meeting procedure of the Party members' assembly for the leadership transition and election, venue layout, and ballot filling, helping the participants clarify their work ideas. Combined with practical work experience, Li Xueying, the Party affairs secretary, emphasized the key points and risk points of the leadership transition work, pointed out that all branches must attach great importance to this work, strictly implement the leadership transition procedures, control the time nodes, refine the implementation of work, and clarify requirements one by one for common error-prone issues, so as to ensure the standardized and orderly completion of the leadership transition work.

This training further clarified the work standards and disciplinary requirements for Party branch leadership transition and election, laying a solid foundation for the smooth and orderly advancement of the leadership transition work.
