Drawing Strength from the Yan'an Spirit to Consolidate the Ideological Foundation of Party Members

——The Party Committee of the College of Biotechnology Organizes Teachers and Student Party Members to Visit the Themed Exhibition "The Yan'an Spirit Shines Forever"

To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, continuously strengthen the Party spirit cultivation and sense of responsibility of teachers and student Party members, and deeply grasp the rich core and contemporary value of the Yan'an Spirit, on June 26, the Party Committee of the College of Biotechnology organized teachers and student Party members to visit the red themed exhibition "The Yan'an Spirit Shines Forever" at the Binhai Central Campus Gymnasium, to perceive the noble integrity of revolutionary predecessors through precious historical materials and red stories.

Entering the exhibition hall, under the detailed and vivid explanation of Chang Yuqing, a professional commentator from the School of Marxism, precious historical photos and detailed historical documents brought all the comrades back to the extraordinary revolutionary years of the Party Central Committee's 13 years in Yan'an. The exhibition comprehensively reproduces the struggle scene of revolutionary predecessors taking root in northern Shaanxi and overcoming difficulties, and profoundly interprets the Yan'an Spirit with the core of firm and correct political orientation, emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, serving the people wholeheartedly, and working hard and relying on one's own efforts. All Party members stopped to watch and read carefully, quietly experiencing the timeless spiritual power in the vivid red historical facts.

This visit and study is not only an important practical carrier for the Party Committee of the College of Biotechnology to deepen the ideal and belief education for Party members, but also a key activity to celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The visiting Party members were deeply moved, and unanimously agreed that this was a soul-stirring tempering of original aspiration and spiritual baptism. They all stated that they would carry forward the red heritage, practice the Yan'an Spirit, and translate the learning outcomes into practical actions to implement the ‌"Top Tust"‌, support the university's ‌"3510" Strategic Project‌, and promote the high-quality development of the college.
